Occasionally a high volume of requests or stock shortage may delay despatch. Availability is indicated in the shopping cart and on your receipt. Please note, we cannot guarantee to ship an item the day the order is placed. This service is subject to payment clearance, system failure, delivery location, products being in stock, and any shut-down periods. While all reasonable efforts will be made to provide this service, Womens Inner Circle will not be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, consequential damage and damages for loss or interruption of business, in the event that any item ordered via this service does not arrive during the next business day.

Under the Trade Practices Act 1974 and state fair trading legislation, goods will be returned if products:
